A professional smoker is available in two versions: water or reverses flow. A highly advanced steel core for a special kitchen. FIRE CORE: a system capable of shielding thermal irradiation from charcoal and monitoring smoke and heat in the cooking chamber thanks to the upper and lower dampers.
