The award-winning Monterey armchair uses solid teak for the frame with braided all-weather cord for the seat and back, combining to create a stunning piece of furniture. The cord is woven from Olefin and Textilene®, making it rugged with a soft feel. We are now introducing two new seating options to the range in the more generous ‘deep seating‘ style.

Description

Monterey is Barlow Tyrie's take on mid-century modern design. It is inspired by Monterey Bay on California's Pacific coast. The frames are solid plantation teak. The award-winning Monterey seating has a seat and back of braided olefin cord that stands up to all weather. For extra comfort you can add cushions in Sunbrella® or Sunbrella® Rain fabric in several colours.

The sculpted frame is solid teak. The seat and back are braided olefin cord that stands up to all weather. The cord is rugged with a soft feel. The armchair has a high back that reclines to four positions. Choose the cord colour, Brown 400 or Chalk 401, under "Cord colour". Size: width 78 cm, depth 102 cm, height 107 cm, seat height 43 cm, arm height 63 cm. Weight: 16 kg. Assembly is required. Barlow Tyrie also offers teak care products, such as teak cleaner and teak oil.
