Additional details
Canopy made of thermally glued PVC fabric of high elongation, with stainless steel wire reinforcements on all sides.
The central pole (round, 130 mm in diameter) and all its parts are made of galvanised steel, treated with a powder coating of epoxy resin and a charcoal finish.
We leave a choice of finely polished concrete base or steel anchor for fastening to the base.

Acrylic fabric by Sauleda
Teflon-treated acrylic is a non-decomposable fabric with superior resistance to water and dirt. Standard lineup of 300g/m2 acrylic palette fabrics consists out of the most popular colours with a UV protection factor of up to 80. 100%-solution-dyed acrylic fibres are fibres made through a complex process of impregnation that infiltrates the core of the fibre, thus ensuring bright and glowing colours. The coloured pigments impregnate the polymer solution before the fibres are formed. This ensures high resistance to wear, excellent colour fastness, optimum resistance, and exceptional behavior in outdoor conditions and in the presence of microorganisms. Our acrylic fabric supplier is an industry-leading company Sauleda, a Spanish firm with a tradition of producing awning fabrics since 1897. We offer a 10-year warranty on colour maintenance.
PVC Précontraint fabric by Serge Ferrari
Soltis Proof 502 - 100% waterproof, pre-tensioned for high dimensional stability, UV resistant, fireproof (2nd class), easy to maintain, durable, and resistant to tearing.
Précontraint technology, protected by a worldwide patent, enables the production of flexible composite materials with exceptional dimensional properties, way above the industry’s usual standards. Précontraint technology consists in applying a coating under bi-axial tension (along both the warp and the weft) throughout the manufacturing cycle: the flexible frame made from high tenacity PET micro-cables is coated with several layers of polymers, followed by a dirt-resistant surface treatment. The materials using Précontraint technology thus acquire unique properties in terms of resistance, dimensional stability, and lightweight, eliminating deformation due to load and offering a longer useful life.
Micro-Aired fabric by Serge Ferrari
Soltis Horizon 86 & Soltis Perform 92 - state-of-the-art fabrics made out of recyclable materials, designed to provide weather and light protection with breathability.
Soltis Horizon 86 is a polyester fabric with PVC coating produced with patented Précontraint Ferrari technology. It offers an excellent trade-off between solar heat and screen protection. Perfect visibility to the outside, as well as maintained high resistance to UV radiation and unfavorable weather conditions.
Soltis Perform 92 allows perfect visual and thermal comfort. With 4% openness and excellent dimensional stability, it is lightweight and 100% recyclable, which makes Soltis 92 Perform an outstanding choice for canopy textiles.
Binding
As final customization options for the canopy, a wide array of colours and hues are available to complete the desired look of a fully-customized patio umbrella. Ribbons can be made in any of the colours available in the catalog for the main canopy fabric in order to complement the look entirely. Binding is made using the highest quality acrylic filaments - Nastrino Dralon 100%. Being both lightweight and durable, it can withstand loads of even the largest canopies.
Finishing
Highest quality raw materials turn into works of art in our facilities - we want to make sure that the construction feels both reliable and luxurious. Our aluminium frames are powder-coated or anodised on request. For all umbrellas up to the size of 4×4 m with a raised valve, the ribs can be made out of Iroko wood or aluminium. Larger umbrellas and umbrellas with a patented Split Solution system can be made only with aluminium ribs. All other metal components are zinc-plated and powder-coated (except for aluminium ribs and mirror-polished stainless steel umbrellas).
