Franco Albini and Franca Helg designed the Bistro chair and bench in the 1950s. The curved details under the seat flow smoothly into the armrests and show the hand of skilled architects. Albini was an architect and designer whose heyday was the 1950s. The pieces belong to the Alu Affäire collection of bistro and café furniture and are handmade from aluminium and ArtFibre. The ottoman is a Franco Albini design too.
Under “Cushion” on this page you can choose a seat cushion and its fabric. The price shown first is without a cushion. The cushion is also sold as a separate product: Sika-Design Franco Albini Bistro Exterior seat cushion for 2-seater bench in 15 fabrics or your own fabric.
You find every piece of the collection in Franco Albini and the full range in Outdoor furniture.
