Point Escala dining armchair
The Escala dining armchair has a lacquered aluminium frame, hand-woven with 3 mm Shintotex® Round fibre. The fibre contains 30% recycled material and is 100% recyclable. Its proportions are balanced and it is made for outdoor use. You choose the weave in 17 Pure White or 18 Linen.

Fabio Novembre designed the Escala collection. It reworks classic style in a contemporary, sensible way. Hand weaving, precise proportions and a pure form feel familiar straight away, with a touch of the unexpected. Every piece is woven with Shintotex®, a fibre made with 30% recycled material that is 100% recyclable. The collection comes in two colours: 17 Pure White and 18 Linen. Novembre is an architect and designer trained in Milan. His work goes beyond function into emotion, narrative and identity.
Under “Cushion fabric” on this page you choose the cushion version. The options are: no cushion, foam only (no fabric), your own fabric (COM) or fabric groups G1 to G4. The groups hold 56 fabrics in total: G1 (4 fabrics), G2 (29), G3 (7) and G4 (16). The group sets the price. After you choose the group, write the fabric code from the fabric chart below in the order note. The fabric you choose covers all cushions of the piece. The first price you see is the cheapest option, no cushion. For your own fabric you need 0.8 m. The waterproof liner is always included. The weave comes in two colours at the same price: 17 Pure White or 18 Linen. Pick yours from the colour chart below and write it in the order note. Under “Protective cover” you choose “Without protective cover” or “With protective cover”. The first price shown is without the cover. The cover is beige polyester with an acrylic lacquer and it is waterproof.
