The G300 panoramic glass parapet features the patented JollyPack locking and adjustment system, engineered to be easily regulated and adaptable to the inclination angle of both faces of the glass panel. JollyPack adheres perfectly to the glass surface, providing a highly secure locking mechanism with strong aesthetic value. The system adapts seamlessly to both the aluminum profile and the glass, maintaining full grip regardless of panel inclination and delivering a locking force superior to other comparable systems.
A patented gasket, positioned along the full length of the profile, distributes pressure evenly and allows extremely precise yet simple system adjustment.
Features and Advantages
• Precise alignment of parapet glass, adjustable by as little as 2°, thanks to the integrated alignment system. The inclination can be adjusted with a simple Allen key, without any invasive intervention.
• The system uses 10+10 mm glass, tempered and heat-strengthened, with rigid PVB interlayer.
• Anti-infiltration gaskets are pressure-fitted into the dedicated channel.
• To guarantee resistance against horizontal loads, the parapet profile must be fixed to reinforced concrete, following the pre-established drilling pattern.
• The profiles, extruded in 6063 T66 aluminum alloy, can be installed on the floor surface or recessed upon request and according to application needs.
• The profiles are certified according to:
