Point Summer dining chair
The Summer dining chair has a powder-coated aluminium frame woven with 4 mm rope. The weave gives it a handmade texture. The rope is UV resistant, and you can stack up to 4 units. You can add a seat cushion.

Christophe Pillet (Montargis, France, 1959) designed the Summer collection. Its main feature is the woven rope, a tribute to craftsmanship. Pillet says it is a way for Point to reconnect with its roots and its tradition. Summer is a new take on the traditional chair: simple, functional and universal, with added technical precision. The texture of the weave creates the decorative effect. The frame is aluminium woven with rope, in several colours. The collection has a dining chair, a dining armchair, a club lounge chair, a bar stool, a square dining table and two rectangular dining tables. Pillet designs furniture, products and interiors and also works as an architect, set designer and art director. His pieces are in the collections of the Centre Pompidou, the Centre National des Arts Plastiques and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, and the Cooper-Hewitt Museum in New York.
Under “Cushion fabric” on this page you choose the cushion version. The options are without cushions, foam only (no fabric), your own fabric (COM) and the fabric groups G1 to G4. The groups hold 56 fabrics in total: G1 (4 fabrics), G2 (29), G3 (7) and G4 (16). The group sets the price. After you choose the group, write the fabric code from the fabric chart below in the order note. The fabric you choose covers all cushions of the piece.
