Burda Gliese is a slim radiant heating panel for indoor spaces with little room, such as holiday cottages and bathrooms. It is a flexible alternative to floor heating.

Mounted above a window, Gliese protects well against cold draughts, so you can use the space next to the window again. The panel gives heat within a few minutes, and you can lower the room temperature and keep the same comfort.

The front and ends are white painted aluminium, the wall brackets galvanised steel. The heating elements are built in. There are no moving parts, so Gliese runs silently and moves no air, which also means less dust and fewer odours spread. The surface reaches up to 215 °C.

Mount Gliese horizontally, for example where the wall meets the ceiling above a window. The wall brackets are in the box. For ceiling mounting add the Burda GSCB ceiling bracket: on the ceiling the protection class is IP21. Recommended height: 2 to 3 m.

Gliese is meant for a fixed installation. It has a 1 m cable without a plug that goes to a separate terminal box on the wall next to the heater. Have it connected by an electrician.

To comply with the Ecodesign regulation, Gliese must be installed with a TPT16 thermostat or the Frico FC111 control system. In our shop you find the Burda TPT16 electronic thermostat.
