The Burda TPT16 electronic thermostat is a programmable thermostat with a touch panel. It keeps your heater running only as much as needed.
You set your own daily schedules to use less energy and keep comfort high. The thermostat shows energy use statistics. An external signal switches between Home and Away modes.
Energy saving functions are built in: adaptive start, open window detection, an energy saving mode and frost protection. There is also a gradual heating function for a softer start and a fixed power mode.
Indoors the Ecodesign regulation requires a thermostat such as TPT16 for the Burda Infracalm infrared heater, the Burda Darkztrip infrared panel heater and the Burda Gliese radiant heater. The 400 V versions of Infracalm and Darkztrip also need the RB3 relay box for control with TPT16.
In the box you get a frame for surface mounting on the wall and a sensor with a 3 m cable (NTC 10 kΩ). The thermostat switches up to 16 A at 230 V.
